I have to commend your eminently sensible advice, if only because I've initiated 12 of the 14 at various stages over the last four years and have not looked back. They are all now firmly ingrained everyday habits that are hard wired in. The two I haven't.....well I've never been one for clutter so that was easy enough, quitting caffeine on the other hand was a non - negotiable - 30 minutes might have been a stretch too far!
